A morning smoothie that’s easy to make and so delicious!
Ingredients
½ cup plain low fat yogurt
¼ cup mango nectar
1 cup frozen mango pieces
1 small ripe banana, peeled, sliced
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth; pour into glasses and serve. Mango nectar comes in small cans and is available in the Asian section of your super- market. Can be substituted with orange juice.
